Creator's Notes Creators emphasize the bunker is "overpowered" because raiders must sink the entire boat to access it. Sinking costs extreme rocket amounts, and even then loot despawns inside. The push mechanic airlock is the only entry/exit method. Boat-building requires placing foundations at weird angles to unlock low vault placements.
