How does a multi TC setup work?
Your main TC sits in the core. It pays upkeep and grants build privilege on connected foundations.
External TCs sit in small sealed pods around the base. Each one claims a ring of land your main TC cannot reach alone.
Together they do three jobs:
- Block enemies from placing foundations next to your walls
- Keep compound walls from decaying
- Give you a backup path to rebuild if the main TC dies
Privilege comes from foundations, not from the TC block itself. That is why builders stretch frames out toward each external.

- Empty externals — a TC with no upkeep decays and opens a build hole
- Pods too close — TC zones do not overlap. Leave a gap so both can place
- No disconnect option — lose the main TC and you may never reclaim the shell
- Soft exterior walls — sealed pods still need stone or better on the outside
- Forgetting authorization — teammates must authorize on every TC they use
Also remember: blocked players can still place twig floors and ladders. Externals stop real builds. They do not stop every raid tool.
