Organize Your Favorite Bases with Collections

How to use RustBases.gg collections to save, organize, and revisit your favorite Rust base designs for different wipe scenarios.

·2 min read

You found a great solo bunker for early wipe. You found a trio compound for when the group is online. You also spotted a raid base you want to try. Save them all to collections so you can find them fast when you need them.

What are collections?

Collections let you group base designs however you want. Think of them as playlists for base builds. You might create collections like:

  • Wipe day starters — cheap, fast bases to throw down right away
  • Main bases — larger designs for when you're set up
  • Raid bases — forward bases near raid targets
  • Favorites — your go-to designs that work every time

How to get started

  1. Log in with Discord — click the Discord button in the top right
  2. Browse bases — find designs on the home page using filters
  3. Save to collection — click the bookmark icon on any video to save it
  4. Create collections — organize your saved bases into named groups
  5. Revisit anytime — open the Collections page to see your saves

Collections are tied to your Discord account. They'll be there every time you log in, even on a different device.

Tips for organizing

Name collections by purpose, not by type. "Wipe day" is more useful than "2x2 bases." On wipe day, you want to open one collection and pick a design. You don't want to sort through categories.

Keep a "Watch later" collection. When you find something cool but don't have time to watch, save it. Come back later.

Separate by group size. If you play solo sometimes and with a group other times, keep separate collections. That way you won't scroll through clan compounds when you need a solo build.

Coming soon

We're working on more collection features. Soon you'll be able to reorder bases and share collections with your group. Stay tuned.

Happy building!
